When will my order ship?
Ships in 3–5 days after payment confirmation. Ready-stock items ship faster when available. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I order custom designs?
Yes — we craft a mini replica of any padel racket, with your choice of size, grip colour, and initials. Ships in 3–5 days after design confirmation. Request yours here.
Do you accept club or bulk orders?
Absolutely. Club, team, tournament, and corporate-gift orders are welcome — tell us the design and quantity on the custom order page or via WhatsApp and we'll send a quote.
What payment methods are available?
Within Indonesia we accept manual bank transfer (BCA / Mandiri) — your order is confirmed once the payment is verified. For international orders, message us and we'll confirm pricing, shipping, and payment.
What material is used?
Each mini racket is 3D-printed from lightweight, durable PLA and hand-finished — made for bags, keys, and display, with the look of the real racket at keychain scale.
What if my order has an issue?
If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 7 days of receiving it and provide a complete unboxing video showing the package before opening, the opening process, the item received, and the condition of the packaging. Claims for damaged or incorrect items will only be processed with a complete unboxing video; photos alone are not sufficient. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund of the item price. See our Terms & Conditions.
